Designed for high volume clinical messaging under HIPAA privacy constraints, clarifying workflows and critical states while supporting efficient triage and internal handoffs.
Designing for Intent
The original “Add Section” experience exposed system structure rather than user intent, requiring users to understand content types, data models, and layout mechanics before taking action. This created unnecessary cognitive load, slowed down high-frequency workflows, and increased errors.
The redesigned flow replaces a fragmented modal with a unified, searchable menu that surfaces common actions first and progressively reveals complexity. This allows users to move from intent to placement faster, while maintaining flexibility for advanced configurations.
Clarifying a Data-Dense Back Office
Redesign of a legacy back office dashboard focused on improving clarity, hierarchy, and data comprehension across high-traffic admin workflows.
Reducing Friction in Patient Intake
Designed intake workflows that make form completion and submission clearer for patients, while supporting high-volume operations and edge-case states.
