Context:
At the top, you’ll find a case study for mobile navigation in a clickthrough presentation.
Below the case study presentation, I’ve also included design work I did for the style guide, profiles, data sharing, biometrics, icon animation transitions, and data alerting for mobile.
Mobile navigation (case study)
The presentation summarizes our research, brainstorming sessions, iterations, test results, low fidelity wireframes, and high fidelity animations of the new mobile navigation.
Option 4 turned out to be the most well-liked. The navigation menu being in the middle allowed both right and left-handed users easy access. Also, this brought parity with most iOS mobile applications.
Mobile Style Guide
I was tasked with creating the new mobile standards style guide for iOS and android.
Domo profile
Here I was tasked with creating the new profile page for both iOS (top) and android.
mobile Biometrics
We were tasked to bring touch ID and face ID to the iOS platform.
Share options
We were running into the problem of having too many ways of sharing (internally, socially, etc) so we came up with a solution to consolidate our share options with this action sheet and user flow.
animations
I was tasked with creating the animations for our new card details feature on iOS. This animation showcases how the expand icon transitions to the close icon. I built this animation in After Effects.
Another animation for one of our new features in Card Details. I had to recreate the icon in Illustrator and transition the animation in After Effects. The icon goes from our analyzer icon to the close icon (X).
Empty states
Here are some android mocks that introduce a new feature in the Domo app. The feature allows you to follow co-workers and have insight on cards they’ve created, alerts triggered, and other relevant information.
Alert Email
My task was to showcase how featured alerts will be viewed on mobile.
